~ 11:47 AM ~
Seems like the holidays are ending soon.. it's already the 23th of december.. two days to christmas.. Remembering christmas 2 years ago, perhaps that's the 1st time i ever celebrated christmas.. Well, it wouldn't hurt experiencing something similar again, minus-ing the losing wallet part of course.
So, there aren't many days left to enjoy such freedom, without homework, without the pressure of being committed to anything in particular. Perhaps we would only enjoy it again 2 years down the road when we finally complete another hard course in life- A levels. Well, that's still too far to contemplate about, i guess we should just leave it till the time comes.
The past few days have been spent with a bunch of lamers as well. As most active blog-hoppers should have read from others' blogs, we just had our badminton chalet. I wouldn't say it has been the best times of my life, cause there're better times that we had together. lolx. But, as usual, even stoning together can be fun. All activities depends on whom are the participants which brings out the extend of the fun element.
Well, we probably are jinxed to the place, as it started raining as soon as we stepped off the bus 354. The rest ran off in the rain while i decided to camp at the busstop with joan and wait for the rain to be diminished. Heaven was on our side and it stopped a few minutes later.. -.-
There wasn't much to do indoors, neither was there outdoors in the bad weather. Summarising the activities, we played pool, mahjong, bridge and speed. Then, i learnt two new games called "pig" and "indian poker", both of which are rather interesting. When there's a chance, we could have another few rounds. lols.
The weather was unpredictable, as much as we dread it, it can't be helped. Therefore there is no need for any one to feel bad about it really. There is always next year to look forward to. =)
The last night aka morning was spent camping out in the wind and rain. -.- Not really in the rain, but more of the wind. It was literally freezing with each gust of wind which blew. Dressed in shorts and thin cotton shirt wasn't exactly the best outfit to fight the strong wind. So at first we were playing bridge in mac, then Mr foc complained of the heat because mac was trying to save electricity by turning off the aircon -.- So we decided to move outside beside weilun and his pri sch frens who were so free to come 1 day before their chalet, where there was wind. And, the wind turned out to be more than what we demanded for. And we ended up sheltering ourselves from the wind with an umbrella -.- ... It was more than we could tolerate, which resulted in us moving to yet another location. This time it's a faraway cozy area in a "coffeeshop", and we settled there till 6am in the morning.
We were playing bridge at first, but it was probably quite bad to let one person stone so we ended up talking. There was meigui, lao ren, Mr Foc and the newly found Mr Fos and me of course. So, the talk ranged from the lao ren batch to the youngest juniors.
I couldn't help but nod off to sleep occasionally, yet every time meigui turned to stare at me, i would wake up, turn and stare back at her. Then there would be that bewildered look on her face asking me if i'm dead or still catching on their conversation. I'm not emotional really, just tired and trying to sleep, so perhaps she should stop waking me up -.- She claimed that i was nodding for no reason at what they were saying though i was semi-conscious. Then there was once when they were talking about the red ants in the school hall and i suddenly said "really?.. Just now also got.. " Well, tiredness leads to incoherence. It would be further potrayed in this entry..
So when we got back to the chalet in the morning, i was sleeping like a log when a few of them started clearing up the place. This account is by meigui as she relate to me what happened in my sleep as i could only remember a pillow flying over to onto my head and me buried under a blanket before drifting off to sleep.
After clearing up, apparently they started to stone and some laid down to sleep. Then, Mr foc decided that the place was still dirty and started a conversation with meigui..
*translated to english*
Mr. foc: eh here stll very dirty leh..
mg: where?
Mr. foc: here lor..
mg: where?..
Mr. foc: here.. here.. here.. *dead aka knocked out..*
Apparently before that, they were talking about something, perhaps discussing when the rest of us would wake up and then we can all go for breakfast together.. then, for no particular reason, Mr. foc decided to ask " how many brendas did you buy?" .. wow.. it appears that Mr. Foc sure lives up to his name even when he is half dead. -.-
And he got a spastic partner named mushroom. Mushroom was wide awake after snoozing while we were out. Therefore, he started to stone in front of the tv, less than 1 metre away from it, watching suria (some malay channel i guess). And he who can easily reach the tv button decided that using a clothes hanger to press the buttons is more convenient -.- so he was happily pressing the buttons and blasting the "malay rap" hoping it will wake all of us up. Sadly, none of us budged.. Then he decided to tickle people's legs with the hanger in the attempt to wake them up. So, junhe and Mr foc happened to be victims, yet there was no response again. lolx.. poor mushroom must be feeling really lame and spastic then.
I shalln't be posting pictures of the chalet as the shots taken are all really random.. check out meigui's blog for a view of the pictures.
I guess that's all for now.. losing 4 teeth in a day isn't exactly much fun.. it just means losing a pool of blood -.- It's time for a rest.
But before that, i did promise to post some pictures of the outing at vivo.. Of all pictures, this is the best shot so we shall all see it..

how romantic huh?.. you jump i jump *whee*
