Anyway mid years just ended not long ago.. It was kind of enjoyable seriously, somewhat like reliving Olevels again, especially physics and maths papers in the hall.. The best part about these major exams is getting to go home early and studying for a real purpose. (I'm not happy about getting to go home and study early, there certainly isn't a link between the two.) lolx.

The physics paper had some really wierd questions.. For eg. Using any of the newton 3 laws of motion, explain the follow scenerios.. And one of the scenerio was.. a man was stuck on FRICTIONLESS ice with a heavy bag of gold. How can he get back to shore? Such a dumb question to ask.. And guess wad? Even a smart and logical person like James, wanted to write a dumb answer like " smash the ice with the gold and swim back to shore!~" -.-'' that shows how crappy physics was. SiGHs. More complains about the sciences was Chem -.- There must be something wrong seriously. After doing 15 out of 25 questions for MCQ, there was only 15 mins left for 10 more questions! Thats so shocking i din't expect my brain to formulate 1 answer in 1 min -.- all that talk about time management 0_0 i had to randomly shade answers without even looking at the questions -.- luckily paper 2 was reluctantly ok. lols. Enough of exams i guess.

So after the exams, those poor chinese people had to go home to mug. So there wasnt much to do (p.s most enthu ppl take chinese -.- that's the trend) lol.. therefore decided to do some productive shopping with Doreen. Miraculously, she forgot her wallet at home. So i must be insane to accompany her home to get her wallet and then head to town again -.- Nevertheless, that's exactly what we did 0_0. At least we both got the stuff we wanted to get after endless walking in circles. lol.

Friday was then anderson's speech day. Too bad too many victorians had to go back, so there were inadequate blazers to go around. Therefore, we decided to keep a low key and not wear blazers together.. and save all that hassle and trouble. hahas.. It was kind of boring since my supposingly good frens all decided not to turn up.. but the rest should be having fun catching up with their peers from other jcs. Anyway the proceedings got on, we sat through the speeches and concert and then there was dinner provided. Rushing off to jocelyn's house after speech day, i din't stay for long. Though i heard that the food provided was of some standard. lolx..
To those who are interested in our prize, we got a trophy and thirty dollars worth of book vouchers for kinokuniya..

It was much more entertaining hanging out at jocelyn's house with pizza and cake. HAHaha.. Anyway we were there to celebrate weeho and doreen's birthday.. (p.s. doreen no wonder you dint know about the cake and i actually told you about it -.-) Hung around and watched movie till close to midnight, and nearly missing the last bus. Doreen was pro eh? Miss bus still can walk home. haha. at 1am some more -.- Anyway happy birthday Doreen.

Then on saturday morning, only crazy people like weeho, winston and i would go to Doreen's house early in the morning to get her breakfast. What more getting bluffed by her that she was at Orchard at 11am. hahas.. who would be in orchard toilet at 11am in the morning? (toilet b'cause the background of the phone was quiet) Anyway we were quite pro to be able to sneak into her condo, the security guards there are totally cannot make it, especially a guard post without guards. LOlx. Sat around and i left to meet up with some other people to get some stuff. Then meeting them and sam again in the evening for dinner. A busy day of slacking indeed. haha..

There was then PW meeting on sunday.. can you imagine dedicating your nice sunday morning to project work? That was what we did. And we had a hell lot of fun making xiangli's parents look like jokers -.- It's totally preposterous how protective they are..

1. we went to her house for the project because she couldnt go to the guys' houses. and they dint come to mine cause it was inaccessible for them.
2. ziyang was late, hence she had to go pick him up at the mrt station. however her parents told her to ask jaslyn to go along with her. so that ziyang and xiangli wouldn't be alone together. -.-
3. i had to leave early and the guys had to leave too, cause the ratio of guys to girls in her house cannot be too overwhelming. LOL! (we have 3 guys and 2 girls.. if i leave it will be 1:3).. Thankfully we were done before i had to leave. so everything went ok.
4. Xiangli had to sent the guys off to the mrt station with my presence before sending me to my bus stop so she wouldnt be alone with the guys (which her parents dint allow) -.-
5. Xiangli's parents had to be somewhere around if she were to go out with the class. (tagging along somewhere you see?)
6. Xiangli couldnt go to jocelyn's house because her parents thought she meant going to justin's house. (when we din't even have a justin in our class)

poor xiangli. i would rather die if i were you -.-

Anyway i had to go early to meet some other people at amk hub. So we were at Xiangli's house today again to get our podcast done. It turned out quite nice though.. It was a weekend of buzz.. School resumes tomorrow and there's return of scripts. Omg. =X

blegh. School's coming in less than 36 hours. But it's ok. Exams are fun eh. You get the thrill when the results come back -.- Below is a conversation with fellow victorian. I wonder are all vj students like that, or isit only my class, or isit only him. LOLX. Don't mind me sam if you're reading this. I just thought it was worth enlightening other jc students =P

So to all my dear jc friends pls study for GP ok!

Side tracking from studies, below is a random test.. i was bored, which impedes me to do wierd stuff.. Most of it is quite true, especially the may not like to study part, right now at this moment. LOL!.

Your view on yourself:You are down-to-earth and people like you because you are so straightforward. You are an efficient problem solver because you will listen to both sides of an argument before making a decision that usually appeals to both parties.

The type of girlfriend/boyfriend you are looking for:You are a true romantic. When you are in love, you will do anything and everything to keep your love true.

Your readiness to commit to a relationship:You are ready to commit as soon as you meet the right person. And you believe you will pretty much know as soon as you might that person.

The seriousness of your love:Your have very sensible tactics when approaching the opposite sex. In many ways people find your straightforwardness attractive, so you will find yourself with plenty of dates.

Your views on education:You may not like to study but you have many practical ideas. You listen to your own instincts and tend to follow your heart, so you will probably end up with an unusual job.

The right job for you:You have many goals and want to achieve as much as you can. The jobs you enjoy are those that let you burn off your considerable excess energy.

How do you view success:You are confident that you will be successful in your chosen career and nothing will stop you from trying.

What are you most afraid of:You are afraid of having no one to rely on in times of trouble. You don't ever want to be unable to take care of yourself. Independence is important to you.

Who is your true self:You are full of energy and confidence. You are unpredictable, with moods changing as quickly as an ocean. You might occasionally be calm and still, but never for long.

Try it if you like. It might just really be true. http://www.quizbox.com/personality/test82.aspx

LOLs.. i haven't posted pictures for some time, and some pictures from yesterday certainly deserved to be posted, because they are so retardly amusing. Yesterday was fiona's batch's farewell and poor fiona was the only girl from her batch. Hahaha. but 1 more or 1 less doesn't make much of a difference for her huh? And from the guys there were only jonathan and jeremy -.- So apparently, a bunch of juniors and ex seniors sent farewell to only three pathetic souls. lols.

Just the graduating juniors..

Sorang fiona!

Our sec 3s.. the organisers i suppose? lolX. GOod effort guys.

Some of the younger juniors..

Check out the act "guai" expressions.. it wasn't on purpose. caught on film by random..
you think that's funny? No i'm not guilty of stealing food.

Wait till you see this...

look at this ^ the old acting twitz. -.- complimentary of fiona. I wonder why we agreed to do that. LoL. Spiky must be enjoying it the most.

the sane ex-seniors..

Earlier in the day, the juniors were busy making merry while the old seniors hid under the shelter socialising among themselves to escape from the rain. Seems like our usual enjoyment of soaking in the sea has gone with the age. Remembering how we used to soak up the sun and played with seaweed in the sea. Spastic fiona and joan even swam across to the next "island". Those were the days. Now we would rather be spared from all that hassle and dunking. haha. and just remain dry with the food and cards. The loser gets to eat fried rice while the rest played. LoLx. how nice it was to lose in bridge then. Yongkiat is cursed eh. hahaa..

These are the juniors in the sea..

what's old kaiyi doing in there? Trying hard to stay young?

For the first time, there are so many more girls in badminton gatherings than the previous years.. This results from the closure of a guy's team.. Check out the difference in ratio of guys is to girls in the pictures..

guess who? nice shirts by the way..

Artwork of some of them..

poor jonathan.. or is he enjoy all that attention from his sand bath?

That looks really obscene.. -.-

Anyway, like the past years, we hid at the same corner and relied on the same spotlight for vision in that dark corner of siloso beach.

Ingenious way of reflecting light.. legend lies in the past years..

A bunch of hungry guys waiting eagerly for the first batch of otahs to be cooked..

The best improved part of the gathering is ... the endless supply of drinks.. -.-

The crowd..

It seems like the trend lives on, as we predicted rain right after our barbecue. It must be a signal, telling us it's time to pack up and leave lest we get stranded in sentosa later. -.- the sec 3s were giving their seemingly impromptu speech, not as professionalised as our batch's .. haha.. As usual only fiona felt most strongly for the team and teared. I was buzy digging into the unfinished stingray, hence din't catch most of the speech. But nevertheless, it brings back fond memories at the usual spot of ABT in sentosa. Then, the rain came, and sent all of us running for our lives. -.- Especially the juniors. All vanished without a trace. Hence leaving the cleaning up for us - the old seniors. -.- How smart they are eh.

Though not many ex seniors came, and the weather was rather rainy, we still had much fun. Badminton gatherings are always fun.. And it's an enjoyment hanging out together.

~ 9:00 AM ~
It's such a surprise i'm up before 9am today. How cool, my bro just went off to US early this morning with some other infocomm people. The nicest thing that can happen is going overseas with friends!! >< heh. my bro is so sweet he jus told msg me to tell me to mug hard for mid yrs. LOLx. Hopefully i get something nice from US when he gets back. hahaha..

Feeling really aching and tired all over due to consecutive 2 days of trainings after a relatively long haitus from my racket.. Time to admit to growing old. o_O Calf muscles so tight i can't walk without limping. Back aching it's feels terrible. -.- must be thanks to random and negligent warmup. =X

I was dreading yesterday's training since it was so terribly far away at tkgs and there was no way i could have gotten there without taking bus 43 which makes such a detour, it gets irritating. But, there is just this driving force which impels me to go even after my internal struggle throughout the night and this morning. I even dreamt about whether i should be going for training. That's crazy. And what's more crazy was, after warm up on thursday at hougang sports hall, Mr wong told us to run around the courts. You could never have guessed what we were doing while running.. we were... reciting CHEMICAL BONDING -.-

3 bond pair 1 lone pair.... trigonal pyramidal
5 bond pair 0 lone pair.... trigonal bipyramidal
4 bond pair 1 lone pair.... distorted tetrahedron.
and so on..

we must have mugged too hard and got the pre-mid years symptoms.. insanity.
however that isn't quite true. i'm still not a full time mugger yet.

As i was saying, the impelling force to go for training yesterday.. was due to.. i've no idea.
Just that on thursday's training, Mr wong talked to us and mentioned about possible DSA cases.
Whatever the turnout may be, i hope a miracle may allow this year to be my peak. I wouldn't deny to being threatened. That's obviously the case. vj don't hold trials for DsA players. Ms Lim sends invitations. Only the best gets invited - thats of course.

IF vanessa poo comes to VJ, yy will feel so -.- lols..

There isn't much more to blog about, since i've devoted much of my free time to hitting the books. The only exception was having fondue with melissa on wednesday before i headed to SBH thereafter to catch a supposingly exciting match which just had to be walked over -.- HOw Irritating -.- Nevertheless, we met Chen Jiao Lian there with his players, i supposed he went to render support since his house was merely the next block.

Oh well, time to get some work done before heading out again. I can't believe there's only 1 week left of the june hols! Omg.

~ 10:07 PM ~
omg.. week 2 of hols is almost over.. and there's so much work to be done. ARgh. Maybe it's time to go out less, or rather study with more constructive people.. And not those who bring me to nice places with games to play and nice food to eat. -.- all those temptations.. zzZ so hard to resist really..

Anyway it's another day of fun today. Sharks. i'm so dead. A few of us (mel, fiona, jeremy, jon, wy, mg) went back to Anderson to play.. to make it sound constructive, it's to spar with the juniors. Apparently, the trip was quite waste, since training started at 9am and ended at 10.30am. How irritating.. To think i was planning to take up a few singles games, and get some movement in court. Zzz.. Time to start playing like a victorian. sigh. Dint make worth my travelling time =(

So the graduates went to chill at subway while the juniors marched to yck stadium for their next session of physical training. Gone were those days, as we reminisce about the 10km run that leonard made us run around ang mo kio and bishan while he drove in his car.. i wouldn't ever forget that joan pangseh everyone (and skipped that run) because of what reason?... SHE WAS LATE FOR TRAINING! wow. -.-

Oh well.. now that we have all grown and graduated.. there are only memories left of anderson badminton.. How long more can our bond be sustained?.. A random question to meigui it may have been, but reality strikes when she said "Now Anderson team of course better, only few months in njBMT.. but 2 years later njBMT will be better.."
Fiona said that it would probably be the last year that there would be a farewell.. The juniors can't get more helpless than linda and brenda's batch..

With the trend of birthday celebration in our batch, i feel proud when other batches envy our bond. At least we are bothered to meet up once in a while, with the reason of celebrating a special day of someone special to us. But how often do the rest take pride in it? It gets tiring when the same people do the same jobs all the time.. When the going gets tough, who offers assistance? I'm afraid the bet melissa made of it ending by the following year might just hit reality.

Hmm.. maybe i shouldn't be getting emotional.

Anyway, some of the 1st intakers went to socialise on tuesday.. Nothing much except for the very rare guest James who appeared.. and we had steam boat together.. i don't remember much of it, except that there was a lack of prawns to fulfil winston.. and there was only dao suan for dessert =( hahaa.

~ 11:25 AM ~
It has been a long time since i felt so terribly sick. I must have had zero hours of complete sleep last night, waking up every approximate hour to puke. -.- i must have puked at least 5 times la. I thought i was seeing stars, going to bed around 1am with the routine which finally ended at 6am. Thank god i m still alive -.-

Anyway this week is purely mugging sessions except for 27th may which is some irritating people's birthday, hence the need for celebration. Sounds ironic huh.. Why celebrate an irritant's birthday. hahaha.. precisely cause it seems like an enjoyment for this person to irritate me. blegh. There isn't anything significant except the very tiny cake that zhuang yan bought. -.- It's so small.. can be referred as cute. LOLX. 0.O And the peach on it looks dead, the strawberry dried up =.= (p.s. i helped you described the cake) In summary, the cake is the most =.= cake i ever saw. LOLX.

Speaking of mugging, there's really quite alot of work to be covered. Let's take a look at the topics..

Physics
Series A
-Measurement techniques
-kinematics
-forces
-dynamics
-(till Newton's laws of motion)
Series B
-Physical quantities
-Thermal physics 1
-Ideal gases

Hi everyone. I should say you must be scrutinizing every part of my blog to be reading this arent you? Well, if you're that bored or interested in me, this is me you're looking at. Just a typical mundane human being living in this distorted world filled with what we call friends and foes. It's just me to get all maudlin and touchy about friendships and covalent bonds that i painstakingly built, and it's most dreading to realise what you call friends are actually fair-weathered ones and ditch you for others. You know.. that sort of ambivalent feelings which arises with such friendships. From young, my pedagogues have complained of me being temperamental and from there i have learnt and seen the world beyond me, where there happened to be people fairing far worst than i do. I realised in this period of isolation that life turns out to be happier for everyone if people knew how to be sate with life. It's just in the genes that human beings have to take things for granted and learn to appreciate things only when they have lost it. Sad isn't it?. I admit possessing that characteristic, which led me to losing what i should have treasured most, with great regrets. Now, like Krishna, we are inclined to seeking comfort from things that we are familiar with, unaccustomed to changes. It may not appear to be me on the outside, braving the winds of the outside world, strong and unbeatable. Like the saying goes, never judge the book by its cover, and i believe in that, in the way i credit people. We all treasure private space don't we?.. It's just human nature. And of course it most dreading to feel deserted by your friends isn't it.. ? To feel cheated and betrayed.. Well, live a sate life readers!
