Guess wad? Promo's over! we're FREE~ (i'm sorry i lagged by a few days to share my jubilation) But that's because i was busy slacking away. I haven't sat and stoned for a long time, it was such a refreshing experience to be able to literally sit and stone (do nothing) when we were at huanyuet's house. (i'll get to that later)

For those interested in knowing about our promos, this is it.
Econs, hmm no comments. I jus hope to pass and not having to take R paper.
Maths, total killer of brain cells. After cells are killed, still cant solve.
Chemisty, do-able in my opinion. Though others found it harder than chem. Good news? Hopefully.
Physics, haha. last paper. just enjoy.

And that i think was really what xiangli did. since she had time to draw this picture during PHYSICS PROMO. who on earth in the right mind would do that unless giving up on the paper. -.-

hello xiangli. did you take the wrong paper? it's physics not art!

So promo's over. There's a long weekend to enjoy.. School resumes next friday, farewell assembly for the j2s, another slack day (ponsters will thrive). So after school on friday was lunch with s56 then to huanyuet's house for mahjong and slacking session.. Pictures speaks louder than words.. So here goes..

after school..

on the way to huanyuet's house..

look at sam -.-

nice place to socialise at..

watching MTV..

This is a happy yet sad day. After dispersing, i headed back to school (together with wash who was too free) to meet the rest who were camping over, spending the last night with alison. The early birds while time away with alison's mahjong set, before we headed for dinner.

It was illegal to camp over in school(so i shallnt post too many pics). We had to climb gates to sneak in after the guard left, and go through wierd boundaries and just freak ourselves out by thinking the security guard might still be around. It was actually scary to climb the big red gate, and the worst part was getting caught. We settled in the IP classroom, v12 (yy's old classroom) and spent the night playing and socialising.

So, all was fine. Alison went home to pack at 4.30am. We took at nap at 5.30am and woke up at 6.15am. (we were supposed to wake up at 6am, so we were late) We left and decided to climb out the way we came in. We dint want to risk meeting the guard at the guard house, so we took the side gate. The guys climbed out easily, leaving xj yy and me. So, i made my way up, and so timely (I still can't figure why it can be SO coincidental) as i was right at the top of the gate, the guard appeared on his bike. -.- Guess how embarrassing that was. Then all i heard was :"What are you all trying to do?!" (and i was still sitting at the top of the gate -.- god save me.) Luckily the guard was nice, and he probably seen too many of such cases to take it to heart. So we escaped with a warning. -.-

More people went to the airport to bid farewell to alison..

socialising and photo taking time before alison went in..

It was actually kind of wierd to be at the airport since the dunman people dominated the place. If you can see from the picture, alison is standing in the middle, entertaining her dunman friends. The whole corner of macs at the airport is taken up by alison's friends from current class, ex- class, current team, ex-team and some other random people.

Then at times when alison takes photos with certain groups of people, the rest will stand around and do nothing. which is wierd as well -.-Alison should be really happy to see so many friends waking up early in the morning to send her off.

School's going to be different without her, since i see her around so often.

Holidays in JC life is really pathetic. Poor students like us spend our holidays really worthwhile-ly, mugging to our hearts content, gaining satisfaction through mugging. June holidays , we mug for mid-years. September holidays, we mug for promos. How exciting our holidays are isnt it? Moreover, it's really funny. The more we need to study, the shorter they make the holidays. Just like giving us 4 years to cover O'level work, and 2 years to cover A'level work (which is a zillion billion times harder) .

School's so much more interesting than holidays then. At least there are spastic people like alison who asks the bookshop if they sold paper, and yy who asks kelvin if he's a guy, jus to make him finish her food.

Anyway, teachers' day just past, and as usual vj's concerts are quite entertaining. Quite would make it sound like an understandment. Victorians were practically rolling with laugher at the mtvs that the teachers created. In the NG- scenes, Mr Tan YH was even walau-ing while making the video. And Mr Seet was totally off his mind , creating hilarious scenes just by being gay and knocking his head against the signboard while he hops around -.- LOL.

There wasn't an incentive to go back to alma mater, moreover it's out of the way. Just like how bouna vista is for the dunmanites.

The past week has been spent creating the teachers' day present with the team.. The morning of keely's finals, together with alison and yy we came down early to school to start on the calendar..

yy hard at work.. starting from scratch..

alison too.. our main designer, drawing every single line with care..

Where am i? Busy taking photos, and providing music =D useful me. hahahaa..

And the so-called largest recent event is the mass support for keely's superstar finals. Mr seet really made it seem like such a BIG event , hiring people to give free flow of food, lucky draws and even goodie bags. -.- Maybe that should have been a secret, since VJ has a reputation to keep for being the most enthusiastic school perhaps. But i don't deny the food definately wasnt our incentive to go, since victorians do live up to the occasion. According to the teacher (Mr seet i think), the most touching moment was when the results were announced that Keely was the female champion, and the college anthem was sung by the people present. It was so audible and amplified by our passion to sing, the school received a complaint from Neptune Court and the police was informed. HAHA! -.- How ironic eh.

popcorn machine..

the crowd at the porch.. awaiting the start of the competition..

the camera crew and the screen.. timely for keely's face to appear in the screen.. LOL. i really should have joined photosoc. =D

zifeng not appreciative of good music. LOL. Note: he's reading a book -.-

LOL. Thats all.

Current debate in class between Xiangli and me.

Pls vote which bear is cuter on the tagboard. Brown or white. =D

it takes more than physical attraction.

chAracTer.

Hi everyone. I should say you must be scrutinizing every part of my blog to be reading this arent you? Well, if you're that bored or interested in me, this is me you're looking at. Just a typical mundane human being living in this distorted world filled with what we call friends and foes. It's just me to get all maudlin and touchy about friendships and covalent bonds that i painstakingly built, and it's most dreading to realise what you call friends are actually fair-weathered ones and ditch you for others. You know.. that sort of ambivalent feelings which arises with such friendships. From young, my pedagogues have complained of me being temperamental and from there i have learnt and seen the world beyond me, where there happened to be people fairing far worst than i do. I realised in this period of isolation that life turns out to be happier for everyone if people knew how to be sate with life. It's just in the genes that human beings have to take things for granted and learn to appreciate things only when they have lost it. Sad isn't it?. I admit possessing that characteristic, which led me to losing what i should have treasured most, with great regrets. Now, like Krishna, we are inclined to seeking comfort from things that we are familiar with, unaccustomed to changes. It may not appear to be me on the outside, braving the winds of the outside world, strong and unbeatable. Like the saying goes, never judge the book by its cover, and i believe in that, in the way i credit people. We all treasure private space don't we?.. It's just human nature. And of course it most dreading to feel deserted by your friends isn't it.. ? To feel cheated and betrayed.. Well, live a sate life readers!
