This week is the most depressing week since 2 years ago. We see new-comers and leavers, and i finally understand why yy was worrying for all her friends before the release of the o-lvl results. It's sad to see people leaving more than you leaving yourself. Those leavers will get into a new environment, meet new people, see new things and eventually they will get accustomed and forget the past. While the poor people who witness their friends leave continue to reminisce the good old days which they had in their "home ground" during the first 3 months. Aiy. i think i've emo-ed too much the past three days in school and my frens are getting scared of me. -.-' They are all so afraid of the touchy topic, especially doreen. It's really comical to see her feel guilty for making me emo, i feel like laughing despite myself. It's time for life to move on and be happy with whatever we have. Two years gonna pass in a breeze, just like how Yoni is going to return back home to Indonesia in a few weeks time after her two year contract with us. All the best to my dear friends who have left and also the new found friends who have made an impact on me yet had to leave. Though we haven't had much chances to interact, if fate allows, we will be good friends yet to be. I'll be missing you guys. do miss me too xP

This week is O2 which was just like past years, made up by more OGLs than participants. Having ponned more than half the orientation, i have no idea how fun it had been for the OGLs. Well, it's always the OGLs (in VJC pe shirt) hyping up the event while the other victorians (in '07 white orientation shirt) looking uninterested. They can't be blamed can they?.. Especially so when most 1st intakers take off with their classes and friends, leaving the pathetic OGs left with a few cats and dogs. The tiny crewlets can combine and form just a crew which is just as good as a crewlet (excluding the OGLs). By 4pm on the 2nd day, it was kind of ironic that the MCs had to thank those who stayed behind and made the orientation a "success".. The turnout of the event was expected since it never failed to happen every year at this time, and the hall was filled with a sea of yellow.. or rather a lake (considering the number of people left behind.) There was nothing enjoyable except that i learnt the OGL cheer from Shara.. If i don't remember wrongly, this is it..

movin in, movin out.
Com'on OGLs lets hear you shout.
That's the spirit we create,
Today's the day we dominate.
Say it loud, say it proud.
OGl.. OGl.. ohhh OGL!

Last monday was vjc's full day off due to good A level results for the year 2006 batch. It was funny how the school paved the way to help Mr Chan announce the desired news. i.e. full day off from school. Even while announcements were made, the teachers were keeping everyone in suspense though we all knew they had known the decision long ago. Even training was set to be at an indefinate time i.e. right after dismissal regardless of time of dismissal. o.O lols..

And on tuesday, JC1 victorians were excused from school due to the JAE posting results. The usual us had a final "class" gathering to send off our leavers. The few of us met up at PS.. and slacked while waiting for everyone to arrive.. Ate Gelare for the 1st time in my life (cause there is special offer of half price.. hurhur xD).. and had a craving for cakes..

winston. christopher. weeho. doreen. amanda. me. mega. samuel. ziyang.

After that we went to play pool at meridian (i think that's what's it's called) after mega left to meet her friends and ziyang left for home, and saw my aunt working there. ^^ went to say hi and those bunch of them had the nerve to ask for red packet -.- bully my aunt. lol..

Then weirui came to meet us...

Took a long time to decide where we should go for dinner after that.. and finally settled on pizza hut.. Hog up their seats for a very long time, playing card games and making prank calls. Doreen can be dubbed the best prank caller -.- p.s. she pranked called twice and once was to brandon. -.- She asked him out and told him that he made her feel hot.. and of course, horny him would fall for it. Right alicia? (lols. doreen's nickname in the phone call.) It was fun lah.. and at the end we started to feel emo.. For it might not be soon that we would see one another again.
Though winston did crash our orientation, and amanda came back on friday.
How long will our "clique" stand together?..

Had heats on friday and was in a terrible mood to run. But eventually was dragged onto the track by shara. -.- I don't regret running though i jolly well know that the trackers in VJ are super powers. 14.67 was my timing, though i have no idea if that's good or bad. It's still the first time i take notice of my timing, cause i never did so in anderson. Competition was less stiff then. Oh well.. we shall see if i qualify for the finals and contribute some house points to URSA.

Hi everyone. I should say you must be scrutinizing every part of my blog to be reading this arent you? Well, if you're that bored or interested in me, this is me you're looking at. Just a typical mundane human being living in this distorted world filled with what we call friends and foes. It's just me to get all maudlin and touchy about friendships and covalent bonds that i painstakingly built, and it's most dreading to realise what you call friends are actually fair-weathered ones and ditch you for others. You know.. that sort of ambivalent feelings which arises with such friendships. From young, my pedagogues have complained of me being temperamental and from there i have learnt and seen the world beyond me, where there happened to be people fairing far worst than i do. I realised in this period of isolation that life turns out to be happier for everyone if people knew how to be sate with life. It's just in the genes that human beings have to take things for granted and learn to appreciate things only when they have lost it. Sad isn't it?. I admit possessing that characteristic, which led me to losing what i should have treasured most, with great regrets. Now, like Krishna, we are inclined to seeking comfort from things that we are familiar with, unaccustomed to changes. It may not appear to be me on the outside, braving the winds of the outside world, strong and unbeatable. Like the saying goes, never judge the book by its cover, and i believe in that, in the way i credit people. We all treasure private space don't we?.. It's just human nature. And of course it most dreading to feel deserted by your friends isn't it.. ? To feel cheated and betrayed.. Well, live a sate life readers!
