It's 2nd day of term 2, and the first time i'm wearing vjc's uniform.. guess wad?..

There's p.e. LECTURE today! how exciting can it get right?! But anyway, even with the possession of the BLUE SLIP, college reps are not allowed to pon the PE LECTURE -.- ! They taught us how to keep fit, and plan a training schedule to improve ourselves physically i suppose. And perhaps to prepare us for any emergency cases, decided to teach us briefly how to perform CCR and CPR.

It was quite prominent to stand out in the sea of yellow in the biege coloured uniform, therefore, i was spotted by dear ms lim. Probably having nothing to do since she wasn't involved in the lecture, she decided to check the length of my skirt, in the presence of our very fierce PE HOD mr tan -.- . (Appropriate length being maximum 4 fingers above knee) Is that an attempt of sabotage?

ms lim: come jaslyn, come here..
*displays look of bewilderment*
p.s i was actually in a good mood because everyone that i have told about my blue slip were quite surprised and filled with envy when they saw :

Being the usual sadistic self, it's quite amusing really to see those expressions on their faces..

jas: ya?
ms lim: wah ur skirt quite short huh?
*starts to places finger on my knees to measure height of 4 fingers.
jas: huh really meh? ok wad?
ms lim : WAH! lidat 5 fingers oso canot! cannot pass la.. jaslyn.. must do something abt it la..

p.s. mr tan was standing beside her all the while.. and as soon as the holy one speaks..

mr tan: orh. must be you fold up right?
jas: no wad? *pulls up shirt to show evidence of unfolded skirt*
mr tan: wah no belt somemore!
jas: huh? nid belt meh? i thought guys only?
mr tan: orh. just now mr seet on stage just say belt is part of uniform.. assembly never listen right?! $%^&*(
jas: huh really meh?! *bewildered*
ms lim: eh jaslyn you better go now la.. *shoo me off to avoid more scolding..

-.- .. wads new.. girls have to wear belt too -.- like which girl in the right mind will buy a belt just to hide it when the blouse is folded in huh?.. how interesting to get caught for uniform for the first time.. 0.O

And i'm really feeling too random -.-'' .. It shouldn't be a one-way thing right?.. People might just get frightened off.. zz.. there's still a long way to go in JC life.. And when PW starts, tuesday is gonna be a terribly long day. argh. maybe we should enjoy life while we still can.. which is when PW hasn't hit earth.. that leaves me with only a few more hours of time.. !!

hmm.. maybe i should update about some class affairs. Just to keep those ex-07S56ers updated of life in vjc. we had currently re-elected our class reps.. more significantly the Ct-rep ~~who was so proud of being one.~~ Surprise at how life is really a game, those who want it don't get it and those who don't will get it. Like how samuel wanted to screw up his 5 mins worth of fame by telling a racist joke -.- yet, the class voted him in. While, poor hari, (I should really empathize with him) was shot directly at his face, when people ask him questions..

eg 1.. What do you think is lacking in our class?
" oh.. i think our class don't lack anything, since you guys are enthusiastic, responsive and fun- loving.. even mrs tan (econs tutor) thinks so.. you guys rock man. "

Hi everyone. I should say you must be scrutinizing every part of my blog to be reading this arent you? Well, if you're that bored or interested in me, this is me you're looking at. Just a typical mundane human being living in this distorted world filled with what we call friends and foes. It's just me to get all maudlin and touchy about friendships and covalent bonds that i painstakingly built, and it's most dreading to realise what you call friends are actually fair-weathered ones and ditch you for others. You know.. that sort of ambivalent feelings which arises with such friendships. From young, my pedagogues have complained of me being temperamental and from there i have learnt and seen the world beyond me, where there happened to be people fairing far worst than i do. I realised in this period of isolation that life turns out to be happier for everyone if people knew how to be sate with life. It's just in the genes that human beings have to take things for granted and learn to appreciate things only when they have lost it. Sad isn't it?. I admit possessing that characteristic, which led me to losing what i should have treasured most, with great regrets. Now, like Krishna, we are inclined to seeking comfort from things that we are familiar with, unaccustomed to changes. It may not appear to be me on the outside, braving the winds of the outside world, strong and unbeatable. Like the saying goes, never judge the book by its cover, and i believe in that, in the way i credit people. We all treasure private space don't we?.. It's just human nature. And of course it most dreading to feel deserted by your friends isn't it.. ? To feel cheated and betrayed.. Well, live a sate life readers!
